Put the egg yolks in a bowl and set aside the egg whites. Then combine the Truffle Honey and acacia honey with the yolks and beat well. Now incorporate the mascarpone and previously whipped cream and finally add the whipped cream, stirring very gently. At this point soak the meats in the coffee mixed with cold milk and place them in a baking dish. Spread the cream on the ladyfingers and continue alternating with the layer of ladyfingers. Once finished the layers put the cake in the fridge for a few hours. Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and serve.
