Ingredients for two people:
- 2 eggs
- A knob of butter
- 4/5 slices of bacon
- Chives
- Truffle Salt Tesori Del Matese
Preparation:
Put a knob of butter in a non-sticking pan, pour the eggs without salt and cook with a moderate fire for a few minutes. Put the slices of bacon in a frying pan and let it gild well.
Lay the becon slices on a plate with the eggs on top . Sprinkle everything with chieves and with Truffled salt Tesori Del Matese.
