Bruschette with Lardo di Colonnata and Truffle Sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

4 slices of homemade bread
4 thin slices of colonnata lard
90 g of Truffle Sauce Tesori del Matese
Salt as required
Pepper as required
Basil as required

Procedure:

First, slice the bread into slices about 1 cm thick. Then heat a cast iron plate well and proceed to toast the bread over high heat. Then turn the slices of bread on the plate halfway through cooking and let them finish toasting. Before removing the slices of bread from the grill, place the slices of lard on top so that they just melt. At this point, spread the bruschettas with the Truffle sauce Tesori del Matese, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve them.
