Wash the rocket salad and the lamb’s lattuce, dry and put everything into a serving dish. Add pine nuts, walnut kernels, flaked almonds and mix it all. Add Tesori del Matese black truffle’s slices in olive oil (carpaccio) and season to taste with oil, parmesan flakes, salt and pepper, Finish off with a splash of lemon and serve it.
